Companies he helped range from a power semiconductor specialist Fairchild Semiconductor KK, camera image sensor company Aptina Yugen Gaisha, custom integrated circuit maker LSI Logic KK, to an EDA company Mentor Graphics KK. Mr. Helton held various research and development, and marketing positions prior to his turnaround-around ventures and is currently the owner of Paradigm LLC, a consultancy that helps companies with strategy to overcome rapid changes in market dynamics.
