Jacob Simons, CFP® is a vice president at Bank of Hawaii working in Private Banking. He grew up in Seattle but made Maui his forever home in 2012. Jacob graduated from the Foster School of Business at the University of Washington and is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certificant. Over the course of his career, he has worked for BOH small business banking, commercial banking, and most recently the Private Bank where he offers comprehensive financial services to the top clients on Maui. He has a true passion for the ocean and spends his free time as an avid free diver and backpacker. As a father of two girls, he leads by example by giving back to the community and caring for our oceans via reef cleanups and spearing invasive species. When he is not at work, Jacob is either backpacking across Haleakala Crater, freediving, or spending time with his wife, two girls, and their dog.
